LEAD Nepal Leadership Program

We believe empowering leaders in developing countries can change the world.

In the spring of 2019, we brought our leadership training to the staff of ReSurge Nepal and their work site, Kirtipur Hospital. ReSurge International is a global not-for-profit dedicated to increasing access to reconstructive plastic surgery in developing countries.

Over the course of three days, we worked to empower each healthcare professional, women and men, regardless of their role, to lead. Participants were enthusiastic and response was overwhelmingly positive. Going forward, those trained will act as peer coaches for each other and receive follow-up video coaching from us, thereby embedding their learning into their future.
