The Lumina Spark Assessment provides a personalized psychometric profile tool called “a Lumina Portrait,” which displays a framework for better self-understanding. It is based on the latest Big Five research paradigm, and measures three different personas: The Underlying you, the Everyday you, and the Overextended You. This is designed to help you understand your traits better, how you interact with others, and how you can react under stress. The “Lumina Mandala” will display four color energies that provides insight into your personality and is meant to be a guide to develop further self-awareness.
Lumina Emotion
The Lumina Emotion Portrait is a personalized assessment designed to help increase your self-awareness and improve relationships, both personal and professional. It describes your emotions, inner feelings, and behavior, by measuring 16 Emotional Qualities (including eight Emotional Sparks, eight Emotional Reactors, and overall effectiveness in the four Practices). It provides insight on three different Personas that make us who we are, defined as: the underlying persona, the everyday persona, and the overextended persona. Through your own portrait, you will gain a greater understanding of your behavioral patterns and how you can react and adjust when in certain environments.
