Boris coaches both individuals and teams. As a one-on-one coach, he is a trusted sparring partner and sounding board to senior executives (CXOs, MDs, VPs, Senior Partners), as well as high potentials of globally active firms, who are ready to take their performance to the next level. In team coaching, he creates a challenging environment where leaders and their teams learn to succeed together by utilizing the strengths of all team members.

Background

Before establishing his executive coaching practice in Germany in 2003, Boris served as managing director of an international business consulting firm and managing partner of a company specializing in cross-cultural services, both in Japan. Boris previously served as general manager and EVP of a multimedia company in the United States.

Education & Credentials

Boris holds a Master of Science (MSc) in International Strategy and Diplomacy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Georgia Southern University. He studied Authentic Leadership at Ashridge Business School and is a certified High Performance Coach and Team Coach. Boris has also been certified in Strategic Leadership Development and assessments like DISC, Hogan Leadership Assessments, and 360 degree feedback tools.
